The UK’s Office of Foreign Sanctions Enforcement (‘OFSI’) has removed Aleksei Nikolaevich Filippovskii from the Russian sanctions list.
Filippovskii, Deputy General Director of the Russian diamond mining company Alrosa, was placed on the sanctions list on February 22, along with other company executives, including the company’s general director, Pavel Marinychev. OFSI did not give any reason for the decision to remove him from the list.
“The individual is no longer subject to the Asset Freeze, Travel Ban, Trust Services Sanctions,” the statement said.
